Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Allnexio (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Allnexio on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

The service

Allnexio connects to AI providers you choose and presents your usage, costs, subscriptions and renewals. Figures come from provider data; where a provider does not report something, Allnexio labels it as unavailable rather than estimating. Allnexio is an informational tool and does not replace your providers’ invoices or your own financial records.

Your account and credentials

• Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• Only connect provider accounts and credentials you are authorized to use. Allnexio uses them solely for read-only access to usage and billing information.
• You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other workspaces, probe or disrupt our systems, reverse engineer security controls, or use Allnexio in violation of law or your providers’ terms.

Your data

You own your data. You grant us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your workspace at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Allnexio available and accurate but provide it “as is” and may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allnexio disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on information shown in the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your use

You may stop using Allnexio and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
